Section 85
Mutual support exchange
(1) In order to supervise the commercial banks and financial institutions under their respective supervisory jurisdiction, the bank may exchange assistance with the relevant foreign supervisory authority on the basis of reciprocity. (3) The bank may exchange mutual assistance with other bodies that regulate policies related to the financial system for the purpose of promoting the financial system.
